Accessibility

Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access available to the premises, but we do admit ambulatory persons with a minder free of charge when tickets are purchased in advance.

Sole or accompanied ambulatory disabled persons will be seated nearest the stage. Access to the live hall is via a single width stairwell from the main lobby which is at ground level, which contains 23 steps in three flights, each step being approximately 30cm [12in] deep and 15cm [6in] high. Once in the main room, there are two steps of similar proportions to the bar and seating area.

We advise that disabled patrons contact the venue [see contact us page] in advance of the show and arrive 15 minutes prior to the advertised door time so that they can be suitably accommodated. Our security will have been notified of your imminent arrival if you have contacted us, and will assist your early admission to the venue.

PLEASE NOTE:
- We have limited seating available nearby the stage.
- The property does not have an adapted welfare facility available.
