Bayonets are a hard-rock/old-school emo band from Hereford, England. The band is Thom Craig (vocals, guitar), Mark Gibbs (guitar/keys/vocals), Matthew Money (bass/vocals) and Joey Frances (drums). Formed in the summer of 2008, three members of Bayonets including songwriter Thom Craig are still in their teens.

Their debut album ‘Wishes & Wishes’ was released in April 2009 on Walnut Tree Records. In March 2009, Bayonets embarked on their first UK tour in anticipation of their forthcoming debut album, as main support for labelmates Portman. UK magazine Kerrang! reviewed ‘Wishes & Wishes’ in its 25/07/09 issue. The album received KKKK and the magazine called it ‘a glistening, towering gem of a debut’.
